Although I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia and working towards my doctorate in psychology, I support my clients in other ways as well. In addition to the therapy I provide, with a lot of my clients who are parents there’s a certain amount of coaching and brainstorming that occurs in session to try and problem solve or figure out how to best support their child and manage family life. Many of my clients are parents of children with autism, ADHD, or other neurodivergence, a population I have supported for many years. A lot of the time when we’re in the parenting trenches we’re so focused that we may overlook something easily seen from a different perspective. So along with supporting the mental health of my clients who are parents, I help them figure out how to parent their child as well.
In addition to the coaching I do with my clients who are parents, I also work with coaching clients in various locations around the world. Whether you’re a parent of a child with autism or ADHD, yourself neurodivergent (with or without a diagnosis), or you are wanting support and accountability to move forward in your life, I’m here to help you make that next step.
Are you a business owner, small or large, or make decisions for an organization? I offer consulting services to support the mental health of your staff. Or maybe you have neurodivergent staff and want to make the workplace more accommodating for them? I’m happy to provide support for the organization.
As always, if you need therapy, please reach out. If I’m not a good fit, I will find you someone who is.
